Allow me to take the time to introduce Meridian HCS, LLC and to explain some of the great services we provide. Meridian HCS, LLC is an established home health care agency owned and managed by registered nurses with over twenty years of home health care experience. Our dedicated staff consists of highly trained and experienced health care professionals who are ready to provide and deliver expert, safe, high quality, and cost effective health care services to clients. As innovators in the home health care industry, Meridian HCS, LLC is committed to meeting and maintaining the highest standards of care to clients by demanding excellence from all our team members.

Services provided by Meridian HCS, LLC include, Skilled Nursing RN’s & LVN’s, Home Health Aides, Physical Therapy, Occupation Therapy, Speech Therapy, Social Work, Dietitian staff, community resource referrals, and medical equipment under arrangement. We also offer diabetic education, cardiac education and rehabilitation, home infusion therapy, wound vac therapy, wound evaluation and treatment, hospital assessment and assistance with coordination of home health care needs prior to discharge from hospital, free in-home evaluation, and bilingual staff.

Currently we accept patients with Medicare and Medicaid. Private pay, private insurance (with the exception of HMO’s) upon verification of eligibility, and non-funded patients will be accepted on a case by case basis and based on available funds.
