August 24, 2009--Welcome New Biology and Anatomy and Physiology Teachers

Hi,

You have come to the right website.  Welcome Beginning Biology I and Anatomy and Physiology Teachers.  For many of you, today is day one.  I just want to encourage you to have a Great Day and to breathe, walk, and talk enthusiasm.  When you do this, you generate Positive Energy and it becomes contagious.  After a while, students are going to be want to be in your class.  For those of you who are wondering about Lesson Plans head to my website www.virtualscienceuniversity.com and look up Lecture One on Safety and Volume Measurement.  This is usually Lesson One along with Expectations for everyone.  For those of you who will be taking the ExCet Exam, I have the dates for you taking the test.  I pulled them off from the SBOE website.  Here is the link: www.texes.ets.org The dates are October 31, 2009, February 6, 2010, April 17, 2010, and June 26, 2010.  We will be offering Test Preparation Workshops in the Content Area of Biology one week before the exam.  We will conduct it in the Region where we get the most registrants.  So contact my website office and start registering.  At the Workshop, I will teach you all of my Biology Songs and give you tips about taking the Exam.  I will be giving you tips often, so make sure you come see me weekly, to see what I have for you.  Again Keep Up the Positive Energy and have a Great 2009-2010 School Year!
