Dr Carrasco states, "We will invite our viewers into the operating room and allow them to see and experience real surgical procedures."
Interviewer asks, "What do you mean by real surgical procedures?"
Dr. Carrasco answers, "The difference is that we will have live patients undergoing surgery by actual physicians. Unlike other formats, we will actually film the surgery live as it is being performed. This will give you insight not only to the patient, but into the operating room, and the doctor as they describe what they are doing as it happens."
